We recently visited a restaurant called Pop Tate’s in Malad, Mumbai and loved it. It was our favorite drinking joint before we had our child but hadn’t visited it since. It’s been close to 4 years since our last visit and might I say, I was pleasantly surprised that it continues to offer the same quality of food even all these years later as most restaurants have lost their charm since the lockdown. It’s a pub, yet extremely child friendly. They have a specific children’s menu which comprises of a serving of pasta, veg or chicken nuggets, french fries, a brownie, a milkshake and a little toy.
It cost us INR.250/- and it was total value for money. A meal for two adults with a couple of drinks costs about INR. 1800/- on average.
